Rosslyn Retreat – Booking Policies & House Rules

Easy parking with a private driveway and additional space directly in front of the home.

Booking Requirements

– The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older
– The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay
– A valid government-issued ID may be required prior to check-in
– Guests agree to all house rules and policies upon booking

Occupancy

– Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
– Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance
– Unauthorized guests may result in immediate cancellation without refund

Check-In & Check-Out

– Check-in: 3:00 PM
– Check-out: 11:00 AM
– Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee

No Parties or Events

Rosslyn Retreat is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

– Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited
– Excessive noise may result in termination of stay and additional fees

No Smoking

– Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home
– Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee

Pets

– Pets are permitted and must be approved in advance
– Additional pet fee of apply $100/stay applies
– Feeding bowels, toys, treats, waste bags and towels are provided

Parking

– Driveway parking (primary space)
– Up to two vehicles may park directly in front of the home

– Do not block neighboring driveways or restrict access
– Street parking is limited to the area directly in front of the property
– Parking on neighboring properties is prohibited

– Maximum of 3 vehicles total unless approved in advance

Respect for the Property

– Please treat Rosslyn Retreat as you would your own home
– Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
– Report issues promptly

Cleaning & Condition

– Cleaning fee is included
– Guests should leave the home in reasonable condition
– Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges

Security & Safety

– Exterior security cameras may be present (none inside)
– Tampering with security devices is prohibited

Cancellations & Refunds

– No refunds for weather, travel delays, or early departures

Liability

– Guests assume responsibility for their stay
– Rosslyn Retreat is not liable for accidents or lost items

Agreement

By booking Rosslyn Retreat directly, you agree to all policies and house rules.
